Help End Ovarian Cancer

  • Educate yourself on the signs and symptoms of ovarian cancer.
  • Tell your network of friends and family members about the signs and symptoms of ovarian cancer
  • Listen to the women in your life, if you hear them complain about problems that should be examined by a doctor. Help them make an appointment and go with them.
  • Sign up for alerts on Government Policy as it pertains to ovarian cancer through the Ovarian Cancer National Alliance website at www.OvarianCancer.org
  • Host an event or fundraiser to spread the word about ovarian cancer to your network of friends, colleagues, and family members.
  • Identify opportunities for members of the Judy’s Mission Ovarian Cancer Foundation board to speak to large groups about ovarian cancer.
  • Meet with local legislators.
  • Take advantage of the sample legislation on the report card website. Use these as guidelines when approaching your elected officials about change in your community.
  • Write an editorial in a local newspaper.
